Delete Your Traina Account

Delete in the App

Open Traina, sign in to the account you want to delete, go to Account, and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Email Us

If you cannot access the app, email hello@traina.io from the email address on your Traina account and ask us to delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account removes your Traina account, profile, synced workout and body-check data, social posts and interactions, follows, room participation and messages, and workout recordings stored by Traina.

What May Be Kept

We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, subscription processing, or backup integrity. These retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by an app store. Manage Google Play subscriptions in your Google Play account and App Store subscriptions in your Apple account.

Other Data Requests

You can also contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion of specific data without deleting your whole account.
